The purpose of these documents is to inform you of our policies and procedures in advance so you can make the best possible use of our facility and our services while you are here. We hope this information will assist you in planning your event and in communicating with our staff. We have developed these policies and procedures to ensure that your event will be as safe and successful as possible. Of course, not all situations will be covered in this guide or may need special consideration by management.
