Upon arrival in October 2008, Global Spectrum has constantly strived to improve and enhance the show organizer, exhibitor, and attendee experience. This past year, as a way to include the long term "users" of the facility, Global Spectrum formed an "internal user committee" which meets quarterly to discuss the service and operation of the facility and how we might work together to enhance the clients experience. The committee offers opinions on how we might improve our policies and procedures to improve the efficiency of our practices and their experience. For example, as a direct result of this committee we re-evaluated the past security procedures by adding a new camera system, having a central location for staff check-in, moving the labor staff parking off site and away from the loading docks, etc.

Forming this committee has proved to be a positive step toward merging the customer and facility experience.
