The two-month dining promotion across August and September invites locals and visitors to explore the exceptional three-course culinary journey crafted by esteemed Chef Samantha Cruz.

Since its grand opening in May 2023, Rum Room has swiftly gained a reputation as a gastronomic haven, harmoniously blending Miami-inspired dishes with a distinct Caribbean influence. Now, during Miami Spice, it invites guests on a flavorful odyssey with three-course meals priced at $35 for lunch/brunch and $45 for dinner.

Rum Room's Miami Spice menu is a vibrant reflection of the city's diverse food scene. The lunch menu includes a variety of appetizing starters like Serrano Ham Croquettes, Ropa Vieja, Empanadas, and vegan-friendly Sofrito Meat"less" Balls. Main course options feature a Crispy Jamaican Curry Chicken Sandwich, Grilled Branzino, and the vegan & gluten-free "Not Crab Cakes.” Round off your meal with a selection of delectable desserts, including Seasonal Gelato or Yucca Churros.

The dinner options commence with tempting starters like Fish Dip Nachos, Grilled Octopus, and the crowd-pleaser, Sofrito Meat"less" Balls. The main course includes an array of delectable dishes, from Chimichurri Skirt Steak and Roasted Airline Chicken Breast to a healthful Shrimp and Papaya Salad. For the sweet finale, choose from Pineapple Upside-Down Rum Cake, Coffee Bean Lava Cake, or the vegan & gluten-free Guava Cheesecake.
