MIAMI BEACH, FL (July, 2024) – The Rum Room, nestled within the historic Miami Beach Clubhouse on the campus of the Miami Beach Convention Center, is thrilled to announce its participation in this year’s Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau (GMCVB)’s Miami Spice Restaurant Months, offering food lovers an exceptional taste of modern Latin cuisine. From August 1 to September 30, guests can indulge in prix fixe, a three-course meal for $45 for dinner. Executive Chef Ismael Lasalle and his talented culinary team from Sodexo Live! have curated an exciting new menu that showcases the vibrant flavors of Miami Beach.

The Rum Room’s Miami Spice dinner menu features a variety of delectable dishes designed to tantalize the taste buds. For appetizers, guests can enjoy Fish Nachos, Plant-Based Calamari with tender young coconut and sofrito sauce, and Florida Snapper Ceviche.  Main courses include Grilled Jumbo Shrimp Yuca Mofongo, Ribeye Steak with chimichurri butter and roasted rosemary fingerling potatoes, Chicken Paillard Arugula Garden Salad, and Eggplant Milanese. Guests can end their meal on a sweet note with Flancocho or Cinnamon Churros served with chocolate and dulce de leche sauce.
