XENOM is the Decathlon of Fitness, a 10-event, stadium-scale global competition that standardizes and scores total human performance on a points based index, creating the first repeatable global benchmark for athletes. 
XENOM Miami will be the third official competition since the sport launched in 2026. Built for athletes of all backgrounds, XENOM rewards complete fitness – not specialization. Every competitor steps into the arena to test strength, endurance, power, speed, skill, and grit across ten standardized events, earning a score they can compare against athletes around the world and strive to improve over time.
